TJ JROTC

This was a good year, but next year will be better. With a new staff and new instructors we will turn this thing around. It will take a lot of time and effort from our new staff and incoming cadets, but we will strive to get the gold star back. The Executive Officer and myself have a new plan for this year and we plan to make many changes in both the battalion and hopefully the school. We want the school to recognize that we are not just a class. We want to try to put in Promotion Review Boards, or PRB's and we want our staff to work together as a team.

My personal goals are to bring our Battalion up from the bottom before I go. I want to practice drill at least once a week. Preferably two or three. I want to set in PRB's and have more students than the usual 100. I want to get more people involved in our teams and have them set personal goals for each semester. I'm tired of watching this Battalion not care and will do everything I can to try and help turn it around. I want to at least get it headed in the right direction. I believe that this year our staff and Instructors will help us turn TJ's JROTC program around.

.....P.S. Please return our frog! 1SG is devistated by his loss! Thank you.

We've received late-breaking news that Frogger, beloved mascot of the JROTC department, who was last seen this past Monday, may have been kidnapped and is being held for ransom at an undisclosed location.

Kidnappers have threatened the frog with water-boarding if their demands are not met.
